I have had my fair share of dealing with lawyers from various sectors over the years, corporate, IP, tax, family.
I was referred to Kimballey from a close friend for an immigration matter and told she was exceptional at what she does. Well, my friend didn’t steer me in the wrong direction. I had somewhat of a complicated case, from the very first call with Kimballey I knew I was in the right hands. Not only does she come across extremely competent in a range of matters that I was originally inquiring about, immigration followed by family law, but there was something else there that can be rare for lawyers. It was genuine compassion and caring for what we were taking on.
As I mentioned my case is tricky, a lot of moving parts, it required someone very much on the ball, energetic and passionate about what they do, Kimballey has this in spades. And as above, the fact she seemed to really feel for our situation just motivated her even further.
So from our personal experience with Kimballey and Sui Juris so far, we would not hesitate in recommending their services to friends and family. If you are dealing with any tricky immigration or family law matters, you really don’t want to mess around or end up with substandard representation. From our experience if you go with Sui Juris you are going to be in very very good hands.
