Marta is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Sui Juris. Marta migrated from Argentina twenty years ago with her family and thus has first hand experience in the difficulties that a person migrating to Australia may face.
She has extensive legal experience in Australia including practicing in most areas of general legal practice and litigation. Her goal is to provide realistic and honest advice to clients, making them understand and feel comfortable throughout the legal process.
Marta is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
KIMBALLEY THAMS
Kimballey holds a Bachelor of International Business, Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, a Diploma of Accountancy, and a Master of Laws majoring in Family Law and Commercial Litigation. She is also a graduate fellow of the College of Law.
She is admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia.
Kimballey volunteers at a community legal centre on a weekly basis. She has a passion for people, social justice, and human rights and this drives her to provide a positive client experience from beginning to end.
Kimballey is a General Practitioner. However, she specialises in Commercial and Family Law. Kimballey has worked on a diverse range of cases assisting clients from varied backgrounds and nationalities. It is important to Kimballey that all her clients have strong representation from beginning to end. Kimballey understands that legal matters are often very stressful. Her down-to-earth, calm, pragmatic approach, clear lines of communication, transparency and expertise alleviate her clients of any worry whilst also providing an outstanding service.

Jennifer has worked in Migration industry for over 15 years. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Indonesian and also understands Hokkian and Cantonese dialects.
